| idk how to get a tittle. the bike is originally from some race team in georgia. the next guy didnt have the tittle but told me i did. when i went to buy it all he had was the bill of sale. so all i have is the bill of sale, so how do i get a tittle with that? dont i need whoevers name is on the tittle to sign it over? if so, its some random guy in georgia that i dont know.
