| its real nice if u take your 55 gallon drum and weld yourself a section of pipe from the bottom up the same size as the axle. this way u can just slip the tire on the tubing and not have to hold anything. try filling the drum with some sand, gravel, rocks, or whatever big stuff to way it down. personally, i use a 5 gallon bucket and can get a tire off in 5 minutes.
