| it says mm? are you sure it doesnt say mL? this would make more sense, seeing as most shocks take around 1/2 a liter or 500mL. if these are in mm then it is saying that you should fill your forks up 102mm with oil. and an easy way to measure this height would be to subtract 102mm from the max capacity which is 455. so 455-102=353mm. so basically you should take a a piece of string and cut it to 35cm. then put it inside the fork tube to use as a ruler. when the oil reaches the string you are good. this is what i would suggest but i would wait and see if dirtbikenut agrees because he is the suspension expert.
