two cycle motor... you would have to make a hole new case.
one cylinder down one up, there would be no pressure in the case = less power from the air fuel mix not being injected into the cylinder

you would have to modify the case to much it would be easier to just make a new engine

i can stick a two pipes on my leg that does not mean that i have a two cylinder leg lol same goes with carbs
