| Hmmmm, it's been a long time since I took one of those apart and I can't remember if I ever succeeded doing it. I think that the honda XR/CRF50's are the same so if anyone has any experience with those it will probably transfer over to the PW50. I'll see what I can dig up but I would try to find a manual or possibly a breakdown of the parts within the forks. I'll try to find that and then post.
