| jet kit necessary with pipe?
ok so i've been talking to this guy and he says that if i just buy an fmf pipe i wont notice a whole lot more power,he recomends a jet kit and a uni-filter since there is more air coming out of my bike with the pipe then the jet kit will allow the right fuel into the motor. so wut i want to know is is this true or would just plain old adjusting my stock jets with the new pipe work just as well as a kit? also i had another thread but i dunno where it went and i said that one of my dads friends has been around engines for 30 some years and has never seen a 4 stroke need its jets adjusted with a new pipe?? anyone give me some answers on both questions
1.) is a jet kit and a air filter a must if i want the most out of my pipe?
2.) is it ture that my bike may not need its jets adjusted with the new pipe? |
