so i was dirt biking in the ditch the other day....then me and my friend found this patch of snow that we started climbing and i guess someone called the cops, so the cops got out of their car saying its ILLEGAL to ride dirt bike anywhere except for private land, and since the snow just melted it looked like we ripped it up so they impounded the dirt bike and four wheeler, and trying to charge us with destruction of property....
i was just wondering if its really illegal to ride dirt bike anywhere except for private land in the state of minnesota or where i could find out |
