A guy at a dealer told me that the reason it happened is. The transmission case cooled down so much when it was under water it created a decompression in the case. Causing the clutch to act funny. And it could suck water into the case. That will explain why my clutch went back to normal after riding a bit longer. The case got back to normal temp. But he also told me to check my mag side for water and my trany oil.I changed my trany oil. No show of water. And I had a little water on the mag side.
