| you need to take out the studs on top of the cylinder, and the powervalves. your bike has a powervalve. look at a OEM cylinder diagram on bike bandit to find out how to take them out, i dont feel like explaining it. and to take the studs out put 2 nuts on them, and then tighten the one on the bottom up to the one on top, and then use a wrench on the bottom nut to loosen the stud. and since you said you had small gouges in your cylinder they will need to weld it, it will cost 237 dollars without shipping. and do not send the piston or the head
