wow, that was an awfully short season for you, its only halfway over. get a pro circuit high comp piston and replace the valves, get a reputable brand. you can go with stainless if you want less maint., or you can use ti valves if you want it to rev quicker, unless you are a A rider you probly wont notice it, so i would go with the stainless ones, they are cheaper also and they will last longer and require less adjustments. you should also get stronger springs if you get stainless valves so you wont float them at high rpm since the rev limiter is set up for ti valves. and while the head i off you can port and polish it, you can send it off or do it yourself, sending it off cost money but you will see alot better results with that.
