| for the bogging, your float tab is set too low, do you have a manual? beacuse if you have one you can just do this your self, i dont feel like explaining it. check in the section on the carb and it will tell you how to do it. but if it doesnt tell you how to do it come back here and either me or someone else will explain it to you. its a sensitive process. but what octane level gas do you run? and have you checked for heavy deposits on the piston? this can make it run hot and knock. and the buring oil can mean either oil is leaking through the crankcase into the crank cavity or maybe the seal on the right side is bad, but this wouldnt make half of it dissapear because the crank is high on the engine and oil doesnt sit around it
