i cant see it but im guessing its pretty crappy, but if it has two pipes it is def a twin cylinder because two strokes cant use two pipes on one cylinder because the sound wave wouldnt move the fresh fuel back into the cylinder right, it just wouldnt work

First of all the CR1000 pic in the first link is a dummy. There is no evidence that that was anything more than a mock up. No one in the CR500 or hillclimbing communities has seen or heard of a functional example. This pic has been floating around like pics of bigfoot. Alot of stories but no proof.

The bike in the video is just 2 CR500s inline connected by a chain on the stator side. Peterson racing does nothing crappy. It is well engineered and the workmanship is excellent. I've seen this bike run several times when I did the paramedic standbys at Skips Hillclimbs at Carnegie. There is one guy that shows up there with a bike that has 3 YZ495s inline. All kinds of crazy bikes are run in the exhibition class.
