i get tans... from welding.

other than that i can't get a tan unless i am out sunrise to sunset for like a week

i spot weld with out a helmet... stupid i know but i can move so much faster with out one (i have the kind you have to flip every time you wana see something) sometimes i will just sit a huge lamp beside me and that is enough to see what i am doing when i am not welding

just get an auto darken helmet turtle, when you are 40, you will regret not wearing one. just ask my dad.

most of the time i turn my head far enough that i can't see the weld if i tried...

i have no money to get one (my life story)

I spot weld without a helmet too. It takes too long for the auto darkening helmet to change, even with the sensitivity set super low. I just close my eyes and I am fine.

well, i thought he meant like he didnt close his eyes (i did that once, i was in a huge hurry, and really mad). my bikes left peg fell off today, luckily, my cousin, who happens to be a professional welder just got into town. hes going to weld it up for me, right after he helps my brother weld up his exhaust.
