chain questions

i was wondering what the difference is between the gold chains and the black ones? also how do i know if i have an o-ring chain or non o-ring. i want to buy a new chain becuase mine has a lot of droop in it. should i just count the teeth and order the same one? any suggestions on good chains? thanks guys

gold chains are just for bling, You dont have to run only one type, imo an oring is the better choice

well renthal makes good ones, the gold plating is to keep them from rusting as easy and they do look good. but you can tell if you have an o ring by looking at the rollers and where they connect to the outside plates there should be something that looks like a rubber ring. and dont just buy a new cheain, you should replace all thr sprockets and everything as a set, if you dont your new chain will wear out alot quicker
