did it not behave like this before?
does this bike have a hot start lever or an auto decompression?
maybe it was not hooked up correctly?

(on my 200 there is a cable running from about where the kick starter lever is to the head. when you kick the bike it loosens the chain in the valve train so that there is less compression making it easier to start.)

do you use the choke after it has been sitting?

once a bike has been running you normally do not need to use the choke.
when you have it idling and you quickly give it gas does it bog or does it rev immediately?

some bikes do require some throttle to start, you may need to set the idle up a little bit

I am pretty sure only the FCR carbs have a hot start turtle. I guess I am going to get into this discussion now. What is going on with the bike?

Was anything done to the carburetor? Things don't just get off without someone touching something. Well at least rich that is.

i had the carb cleaned TIG besides that other stuff thats been done to the bike is new valves and a new piston what the problem is i can let it sit for a day kit it a few times and itll run for about 30 seconds then itll shut off and want start bike sometimes after kickin it about a million times itll act like it wants to start when i started it the other day alot of black smoke came from it and the pug end was solid black after that

Edit: the problem with the bike before i got it was the intake valve broke off and knocked a hole in the piston i figured it was ran to hot but what ever caused that might still be whats wrong with it but i have no idea why it broke the valve off like that before

if it is running that rich it is not running hot...

it really sounds like the fuel system is clogged
but you said that you checked that right?
