1980 Yz50
Well one of my friends has bought a 1980 YZ50 for 75 bucks, be cleaned out the casrb for literally like 2 hours because to much crap was in there, and we got it running and that thing is actually pretty fast, it was the first bike i have ever been thrown off the back of. But after a little while it just wouldnt run, i took the head off and one of the rings was broken and a chip was taken off in on the side of the piston. so we need a new piston, does anyone know of any other bikes whos piston and rings will fit in this bike, since i can find any, and i want to stay away from ebay

That is strange that the piston broke. Is the cooling system fine?

i would look at any 50cc bikes
so you still have the rings?

sounds like the time i used regular gas in my string trimmer...
