Honda xr200

Hi There
Looking at changing the fork seals on my Honda xr200 have done them one time before on my xr100 but that didn't have the air valves on the top. What are these for and can anyone please give instructions on how to change the fork seals?
Cheers Jack

Well, with non-inverted forks this is a breeze. Just pull them out of the clamps, pry the dust seals out, remove the circlip and pry out the seals. This is the easiest approach. Then you will need a seal driver. On non-inverted forks you don't get the little treat of being able to use the fork end as a slide hammer.

its like a little clip that is under the dust seals and it hold the oil seal in place, you will see it when you take the dust seals off
