| Pro Mototips Member | yea, check for peices of metal in the crankcase, pour some acetone to completely dry it up in the crank cavity and then blow it out with compressed air, make sure you use alot of pressure, before you put it together you should put two stroke oil around the bottom of the rod around the bearing in there. but check oem parts for how much a cylinder cost, it might be cheaper than getting it replated, if its only like 30 dollars more for the new cylinder go ahead and get that, OEM parts a wierd with their prices so just look around also because they change alot in price, i got a new cylinder for only 250 when it cost 230 to get it plated and that didnt include shipping

| Pro Mototips Member | have you taken it to a shop to get it measured for what thebore is? i think 113cc is too big to bore it out that is going up almost 30cc with the bore, did you get it done when you owned it or did you buy it used ans the person that owned it said it was bored to 113?

| C Rider | ill try to go to the shop soon. I bought it used from the person who said it was bored to 113cc. I believe them cause basically everything possible is done to that bike. Basically nothings stock. Do i just take the cylinder to the shop and get that measured for the bore? |

| Pro Mototips Member | yea, take the piston and the cylinder, i would take the head to see if they can gring it down slightly to give you more compression, but take it to a machine shop, not a bike dealer because they will tell you they cant do it
