![]() ![]() ![]() | i called wiseco and they said 52.00 piston kits is the biggest they go and never even been a consideration on going 52.50 even searched several big bore specialty sites and all the big bore kits come with a wiseco 52.00 mm kit if your knowledge of the 52.50 is only from the honda dealer who told you to sleave and plate toss it out the window you can keep looking but i dont think youll find a 52.50 |

| Pro Mototips Member | .7 mm... thats .35 on each side of the piston about 7 human hairs (.002 inches) i wonder if the plating could be built up so you could use the 52mm piston?

this is just what i would do i would talk to a machine shop preferably one that specializes in small engines and i would get a 52.00 mm piston and take it in and tell them you want them to match so to speak they will fix that cylinder to fit your piston i mean like the last guy said we are talking a few human hairs here

| Pro Mototips Member | that width of 7 human hairs is important enough to not have a space that big, especially on a 85, or 113 for that matter, you need all the power you can get

| Pro Mototips Member | he has already resolved that, its bored and strocked to 113, which sound reasonable, they can bore them 15cc over and then stroke for 13cc
