Im ready to send out my cylinder. The place i was gonna bring my cylinder to just sends it out somewhere else, so i might as well do it. Does anyone know where a good place is to send a cylinder for replating? How about US Chrome or anywhere else? And when i send it, what do i need to tell them...thats its ported, packed, stroked, polished, nickleplated, and has ceramic berings (whatever that means)?

And doomed, (or any1 else) can you send me links for 52.00 weisco piston kits, or 52.00top end kits on ebay? The max ive seen is 50.00 i think.

just tell them to replate it. and they are going to nickelplate it, thats what plating is. ceramic bearings are what the crank rotates on in the case.

Alright, last question. here are the prices
Cylinder Re-Plate Pricing | Big Bore Upgrade Pricing | Cylinder Exchange Pricing| US Chrome Inc Cylinder Repair Company
Would it be the first one ($179)?
Also, it says i need to remove all studs, bolts, powervalves, brass and steel fittings, nuts, and gaskets...i didnt find anything that i need to remove besides the gaskets, do i need to remove the 4 main screws at the top or anything like that? how?
(Shipping Cylinders For Re-plating | Honing| US Chrome Inc Cylinder Repair Company)

Oh and do i send the head of the cylinder or the piston to???????
Thanks, please respond asap because i want to send it out tomorrow.

you need to take out the studs on top of the cylinder, and the powervalves. your bike has a powervalve. look at a OEM cylinder diagram on bike bandit to find out how to take them out, i dont feel like explaining it. and to take the studs out put 2 nuts on them, and then tighten the one on the bottom up to the one on top, and then use a wrench on the bottom nut to loosen the stud. and since you said you had small gouges in your cylinder they will need to weld it, it will cost 237 dollars without shipping. and do not send the piston or the head
