this setup doesnt have a pushrod in it, it pulls the cable and it rotates a gear that pulls the pressure plate out

actually my brother is batching about the same thing. his clutch on his 400 quad has become harder to pull in. little does he know i turned it over the other day. so have you wrecked lately

Ya, I would check everything that controls the pulling of the disks. Gears and busings/bearings can wear.

theonly thing that pulls the disks is the gear that rotates when i pull the clutch lever, and it is fine, ive checked it
