could need a top end, put it in gear and see if you can push it easy or not. if its hard to push that basically eliminates a topend problem if its rolls pretty easy then sounds like a topend

After I push start it and turn it off. I can immediately kick start it but not if it sits for a while

Now it isn't kick starting at all throttle or not unless i push start it and then kick start it immediately after it turns off

I tried the kickstart with my hand it feels and sounds as if it is scraping against something

I don't know what that means? I found that if Ihold the choke up it starts. So is this a carbeurator problem? Why won't the choke stay up?
