Question power band falls on its face

i recently rebuilt my 250, before it was rebuilt i couldnt get the power band to kick in, i think this was because i was'nt getting enough compression. now that it is being bored and getting a new piston its powerband should kikc in or is that another problem?

it just needed a topend, been there with my old CR. put a new topend in it and it ran like a champ.

yea it's sleeved and it's bored 20 over, (just enough to make it smooth again)plus im throwing out the stock piston and getting a wiseco. so i think all that should get me back to 100% or damn near close... hopefully...
