Also, I just started using commercial tire snot. I used to use dishwasher soap to lube the beads, but the guy at the local shop talked me into trying a can of the stuff (I don't know the brand, I bet it doesn't matter). It made an amazing difference - it was a lot easier to get the bead over the rim and to line everything up. Rimlocks are still a pain though...
