i think the fuel system needs cleaned... along with the float adjusted

no some times its fine once i get it running and i go its ok but just when im riding it will just bog down and cut out its fine when its just started

so it gets worse as the bike gets hotter? sounds lean to me

how can i make it richer sorry im abit of a newb i no its a mixture screw but dont no anythink about it ill replace the spark plug and see if that solves it next sunday if it doesnt i know its the mixture so i can change it on the day i go out thx

turn the fuel screw out for the low rpm

you may have to replace jets or higher rpm

Float might be sticking, any fuel running out the overflow?
Maybe crap in the carb?

I would not go making this bike richer yet. That may cause more problems. It does not sound like a lean condition to me. Hardtail is going on the same thing I am questioning which is a stuck float needle or float. My first suggestion would be to disassemble the carburetor and clean it thoroughly. Remember guys, things don't just become lean for no reason. There is an underlying cause for everything. I would suggest a cleaning first.

If you could make a video of this problem occurring that would be great and speed up us solving the problem.

Any little change like a pipe should not cause such a drastic change in engine operation.
