Remember guys, things don't just become lean for no reason. There is an underlying cause for everything. I would suggest a cleaning first.

If you could make a video of this problem occurring that would be great and speed up us solving the problem.
what shall i do with the carb just take it off and soak in gas or what and someone said it might be a problem with my gas tank cap its one of the pro billet whatever ones so it didnt come standard with the bike and it doesnt fit correctly it doesnt screw all the way down and some petrol leaks when i jump etc could this be the problem
and i cant really record a video because it happens randomly one mintute the bikes fine the next its dieing

The gas cap leaks? Does it have a breather tube attached to the top of it?

well thats not good either, but warm up your bike, go ride it for a few minutes, park it, and then look at the spark plug. what color is the insulator?

Well... They seem to think your bike is running lean. However, things don't just become lean. How long has your bike been giving you trouble? Did it always do this? Something crazy like a huge elevation change would have to cause the bike from running great to cutting out randomly. Guys, not everything is a lean condition. I am not saying that it is not but ask questions that will take you there before just tossing out guesses.

OK, so now more suggestions. If this is a random problem then electrical could always be the man at fault. If you can't ride until Sunday, go through now and check all of the electrical connections. Look for anything loose, frayed, or rubbing on other things. Electrical problems are some of the oddest thins ever.

You could check the plug color but that would provide us with no useful data because there is not one single range where it cuts out. You said it cuts out sometimes at idle and sometimes while riding it. There is no reason to check the plug. Not going to be able to tell anything from checking the plug at idle or from "riding your bike for a few minutes."

Answer those questions I had in the first paragraph and we will go from there.

Oh... well this changes lots of things. Could be anything then. I would suggest a leakdown and compression test. If you are not sure then have someone do it but I would say you need to have that looked at first. If that all checks out then I would look at fuel mixture settings. You never did answer my question about the choke. What happens if you start it and run it with the choke on? Does it not die then? When you are going fast and you let off the gas fast does it make any loud popping noises?

no it doesnt backfire when i go fast and lett of the gas and it will run with the choke on and for added info when i go slow well around 30mph around the track without givin it much gas it is ok but because it was a really wet day i couldnt get any power down asoon as i gave it gas the back wheel would just spin everywere when i done this then the problem of it dieing would usually happen when i took it easy it seemd to be fine so it must be overheating right?
