    Oil Leak

After riding one afternoon I noticed oil drips on the floor, sure enough I get under the engine and it is leaking oil. I took these pics, it seems its only leaking around were the cover connects, Im thinking its a bad gasket. I may be wrong in calling it that but isnt that what goes between the cover and the case? Here are the pics.

And its not leaking around the whole case just the top near the kick start and around the bottom maybe a few inches. I was looking at a diagram on this site Cyclehutt FicheFinder, and by looking at this my thinking is that part #'s 41 and 42 are the gaskets. When you look down that list of parts they arent listed, but part 60 is a gasket kit, for $161.99!!!!!! Do two gaskets actually cost that much. If this is what needs replaced is it something I can do. I really need some help with this any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Just go aftermarket, but i think it wont be much cheaper, the head gasket is the real killer. But just go to a shop and maybe they can order seperate ones at a time

I agree with gscx, I tried to find the gasket at bikebandit and rockymoutainatv/mc and they didn't show it separate. Then again a couple of toll free calls wouldn't hurt either. Have you checked the torque on the surrounding bolts?
