um spokes are really cheap. the only prob is that the nipples usually strip out so that means off with the tire. after that no prob. if u took the tire off yurself it would be maybe $5 for the spokes

i would but my dad's like no just take it to some1 who can fix it right!...he even gets all mad if i come back from riding with a bent brake/clutch lever

You need TWO bikes. The one you PRETEND to ride that you can show your Dad, and the one you ride 'til you or it falls apart!
