shouldnt cause this. didnt you have a neutral switch prob though? but that just killed your bike when you put it in gear.

The bike will start up, b ut it will go right back dead. I did that to the plug about 3 times and the same thing keeps happening. Please help me if you can. Thanks so much!

what I tryed

We put the old plug back in the bike. It started right up, we thought that was the problem. That we had got a bad plug. But I got about 50 feet down the road and it went dead again, and wont start back. I cleaned the carb. about 2 days ago just before I put the new air filter and new plug in. It almost sounds like it is not getting any gas, but when we take the plug out there is gas on the plug. I took the gas line off that goes from the tank to the carb. The gas was flowing fine. Thanks so much for trying to help me with this problem.
