just try to adjust it so there is only about 5 mm of free play in your clutch cable. and if it still doesnt disengage the clutch, which i think is what you are asking, do you mean when you pull in on the clutch lever and you shift the bike jumps and dies, cuz that means your clutch isnt disengaging and having a clutch that doesnt engage is when you dont have enough free play and the bike doesnt really move when you let out on your lever, even though it is in gear. but if doesnt disengage the clutch when you pull on the lever you should take out your plates and look at then. they are on the left side of the engine(when you are on the bike, not when you are looking at it) and see if they are sticking together badly, if they are clean them and pit new oil on them, you should really get a new clutch if they are like this but this happens on my bike now and if i just let it warm and rev it while i am shifting from neutural it is fine(i dont have money). but for the not running thing i would do what WR said, check the piston it shouldnt be hard and while you are doing this you should get new gaskets for the head and cylinder. It could prob use a new piston

what do you mean on the side? did you pull the cylinder off? as far as your clutch, are you just saying that when the bike is turned off and you have it in a gear and try to roll it, it wont? if so thats normal. however, if the problem is when you are riding and pull the clutch in the bike still wants to go, then this is worn fingers on your clutch basket. the auto oil mixer is a super safe and reliable mechanism also. the high revving could also be attributed to a fuel blockage causing your bike to run super lean and burn up a piston. there is a fuel filter in the pet**** on your gas tank. remove it and clean it if necessary. next, the huge amount of white smoke is not fuel, that is antifreeze. which could also contribute to your piston burning session. so check your coolant and if its super low then you have a leaking head gasket and you piston is most likely toast. hope this helps.

do you have a fuel shutoff valve on your gas tank? if so, there should be 2 screws holding that on and the filter will be attached to it.
