got a picture of the screw? i use vise-grips a hammer and screw driver to get ceased bolts to turn but you have to be very careful

use a dead blow hammer to tap on the case to get it off

ok....so i got the case off...sorta the rear brake pedal is in the way but its all good i'll figure that out later.....the screw i was talking about, i think its a drain plug....i also realized that the water pump housing needed to come off so i took that off. the oil that comes out is milky. anyways, thanks for all your guys help, it really helped out. thanks

milky is very bad. this means you have a coolant leak into your oil. this does not happen from just taking off the water pump housing. check your head gasket and case gasket because there is a leak.

i got the case all the way off and i say the water pump bearing has expolded, so i figure i might as well pull the engine out of the bike and clean it up and paint it(perks of working at body shop). so i take the radiators off and there empty....great.....i know the engine is not siezed because i had it fire for a second. i have a question about removing the motor. i took all the bolts off and the motor still wont come out. i took the carb off, disconnected the clutch lines and electric lines and its still stuck, im thinking its stuck on the swing arm, i removed the bolt that holds it to the swing arm. i put a jack under the motor and tried to lift it out but it just lifts the whole bike. i'll be messing with it more tomorrow. im loving dirt bikes, the parts are pretty cheap. compared to car parts.
