suzukirm250 is on a distinguished road
clutch adjustment

i noticed the guy who posted this never messaged back to say wether or not he resolved the problem.
i am also a new bike owner of an 86 suzu rm 250 i am having a similar problem.
the distance between my clutch lever and perch is good but the clutch will not disengage when the lever is pulled.
can anyone instruct me how to adjust the clutch inside the casing?

if you mean it still goes in gear with the clutch in, it could be a number of things, basket, plates, oil, or even clutch cover, you can try and see if adjusting it will work, adjust it by this
