I read this thread http://www.mototips.com/general-off-...dirtrider.html and as it progressed I had a thought. The matter of activity came up and someone suggested removing inactive member. Seems logical, but what about this?
Lets get a group of volunteers to take a letter or groups of letters under the members list and PM them. In an effort to peek intrest and bring them back to MT. The hard part is finging that something that makes them want to stay.
Gift Certs etc. etc.
I would really like to see MT take off and even maybe some day be as big as those other sites mentioned.

Just a thought from a newbie!!

sounds good, we do have monthly contests though.

Maybe we would come up with a simple form letter that would be approved by the mods and owner.

Contests are cool.
What about online coupon to a parts place or something??

I still think a e-coupon or some kind of gift would be cool , but it is way harder and expensive to give a gift.

I like the idea of small things you can use, like air filter kits and such.
