also make sure you didnt over torque anything.

I dont know for your bike but probably around 80-90 foot pounds, you have a torque wrench right?

something else I just thought of, the hub may be wallowed out
in which case your gonna be like "sob"
the bad bearing would be the one that looks damaged, it may have a flat surface.
you should really just get both bearings and do it at the same time.
