does the shock compress when you turn the wheel?
which dosnt mean anything, if the bearing is bad the bearing is bad, and if it was to my hub comment, also means nothing, if the old rim was bent and it ran like that it would have wallowed out due to the range of motion.

wo wo wo, lets not go replacing bearings without a real test. put the bike up on a stand and see if you can jostle the front wheel while holding the forks still. if you have a lose feeling then yes, wheel bearings are bad. idk, this test will tell you for sure. if it does not have play, let me know.

well dont just assume, check it to be sure. all you need is a 5 gallon bucket as a stand. you said in the video everything is tight so then is everything tight? because the front wheel would be real loose if it is wheel bearings. so which is it?

front wheel is tight, there are also washers being used as spacers in between the forks and wheel. if they werent there, the forks would have to push in, so if those washers have anything to do with it... there is nothing i can do.

thats possibly the problem, you need the spacers to be 100% sure, back to bike bandit, still probably needs bearings anyway.
