Well, 153mph is my new personal record on a basically deserted major highway. There were like three cars as far as I could see. This Civic rolled up on me and looked like he actually wanted to race. He pulled away hard so I threw the bike into 4th and rocketed up to about 130mph. Held it for a bit and then slowed down to about 70mph. Afer a bit I saw lights coming up on me quick. The Civic passed me super fast and I was down in 3rd and already gaining on him hard. A sharp turn kept me from passing him immediatley but then it starightened out and I guned it. Rose up to about 150mph and held it there for about a minute. Ya, kinda crazy. I think I may have gotten air from a bump too at 150mph. Slowed back to about 70mph and waited for a while. Civic rolled back up and gave me a thumbs up and then we just cruised fast for a while.

I also discovered an infinitely long, infinitely straight country road tonight where I began the task of a wheelie. It is nothing like on a dirt bike. I would get going to about 30mph in 1st, use the middle finger to just barely pull in the clutch, then I would slam the throttle to about 10,000 and kinda hold it there as I let the clutch out super quick like. Obviously they a crap right now and I haven't even got high enough to find the balance point but I started to figure out how to at least get the bike up. I also tried skiing but used only one foot. I was doing about 40mph and things didn't seem sketchy but I thought I better not try two yet.

Remember, I did all this around no one. You should be proud of me.

Well, I have been doing research and the CBR F4I runs in the 10s for the 1/4 mile.

if i tried skiing i would catch my foot on a bump and go down

so how are you liking the high mph?

The bike is a 600cc. I made sure to watch for bumps. I need a different set of shoes, these are too grippy. I even tried just using the heal but it was the same. I think the bike only is supposed to do 160-165mph tops which is sad. 1000cc bikes roll with 185-205mph tops.
