    Touching Suspension

well you should bottom out your suspension, lightly, around the track every once in a while, this means that you are using every possible inch of travel and it will still be as plush over braking bumps and small jumps as possible, but still set up right to take the big jump at the track or trails you are riding in

I twist and poke at things everywhere I go. At the beginning of a ride I always bleed my forks and then again about lunch when they are at their hottest not only from riding but from the sun as well. Then as the day starts to cool off I get them again.

mine are super sensitive on the rear shock rebound, but not so much on the compression
