Exercise

So i have been running alot lately and now I can go all out on the track longer without running out of breath. lol just thought id share, im really happy about it.

One thing to be careful about is working out your arms too much. Bigger muscles will actually cause arm pump to be more severe. More reps with less weight is the way to go. Obviously you will not be as buff looking but stamina is what you are going for when riding.

i have bad stamina, spaghetti arms (as my marine cousin says) and am very unmuscley. yet i am quick and can ride long
