she is still having issues with going to the bathroom OUTSIDE. Everytime she goes on the floor we take her outside and then put her up in here cage

.... you are punishing her for going outside then
if anything you should put her in the cage after she soils the carpet and let her stay in the house after she goes outside

she pee's before she even squats....I don't think she relizes she is peeing until after it starts. Cuz after she starts peeing then she runs to the door....any suggestions...???

yes. she knows she is not suppose to piss on the floor. we got that down. the only time we punish her is when we catch her in the act. she's learning. she is still a pup so it will take time, ive tried telling chels this but she does not listen....lol
