2003 CRF450R Case Half - Page 3

Well I could always try to find a trashed case half and cut out the part I need and weld it in. However, it is very trick because this piece has two machined surfaces on two different angles.

no its not trick lol, it sucks. but yes, having a cracked case sucks. mine did it when the rear sprocket came loose and the chain rapped around my shift shaft and pulled it so far down that it broke the case around it. but yours is cheaper than mine though, lucky lol. and yes i was using lock tite. it broke th rear hub to

Oh... Sorry I never got back to this thread. I would really appreciate it. The case half is the left side if you are sitting on the bike and looking down. The side the timing chain runs on. I will try to get a pic tomorrow.

I will take it to college when it is all in one piece. My buddy has a house down there and the garage will be home to my CRF450R, Jim's YFZ450, Logan's Raptor 660RR, and Kyle's Raptor 700RR SE. Plus there is a track right there in Rolla. It is only for DBs so it will suck a bit but oh well I will get lots of practice by myself. I will post pictures when I get a ride in there. Probably would be a good idea for me to buy a membership to there.
