it doesnt matter if that guy looked your siz or not. 10 lb's can go a long way suspension wise. and i garuntee your riding style is not the same. Tig is right. i got my suspension done for more towards hare scramble racing but its not pure for hare scramble its still stiff enough to take some hit at the mototrack. and its done for my size and my skill level.

tj were not trying to be ****s or anything but we are just letting you know, you may not notice right now, but when you get faster and faster these things you will notice ALOT more. and they become annoying lol

TDB said it best. We are just suggesting what we think will make you fastest. You said that you would possibly consider racing MX and suspension is most important for that.

Still TJ, if you want to spend money on the bike again please do suspension. If wasn't fixing parts on the 450 I would be doing suspension.

so any takers on what the biggest changes are to the pros bikes?
its suspension
I was reading that reeds bike didnt have as many mods engine wise, the least modded pro race bike, bubbas was the most, but it has the goods in the forks!

I think I would be an RG3 man if I had the decent big bills. Of course Ohlins is always an option if you want to pay more than the bike for suspension. I would enjoy Pro Circuit too. I would want a decent company to do my work.
