like maybe 180, it matters how it is geared, how much is weighs, and how aerodynamic it is, but doubling the horsepowr doesnt double the speed, i think E=mc2 governs that law.

But nothing beats the look of a hard tail. mine is almost complete. its a 120 cubic inch pan. its coming out to be a rad bobber.

Had a 71 650 Triumph Hardtail
1/2 inch of seat cusion in Jersey (ouch)
ran it year round
still ride year round in Va,but now it's a 93 Heritage
And your right Hard Tails ROCK!!!
