    Sell or not?

So I have been thinking of selling my bike to get a 125cc 2 stroke so I could learn easier. I would have to sell to afford another bike. What do you think I could get for it? East cost is more pricey but it needs tires, plastic, and an odometer cable. I did learn alot from watching and talking to the other guys on the ride(keep my but off the seat! LOL)
I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

A 125 is great and super light but a 250 will seem light after the EXC. It was a bit heavy feeling. I would say ride a 125 and 250 before making a decision. I don't know price. The bike looked like a solid machine and with the items you listed to fix it would go for a good price.

well cosmetics really doesnt matter how strrong is the motor is really what people would be looking for. for a 96 i would say probably start out at $1,300 and see what people come back. the trick is start high so you can work it down to something you can still live with.

It is a KTM. I think you will see much higher than that. What did you pay for it if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks Tig! I should have road BD's. I don't know many people with 125's or 250's most of my Friends are HD riders. ( which make the exc seem light LOL)

Well seeing as newer KTMs that are pretty crappy go for $3500 easy, I bet he will see more than most expect as long as it looks super fresh.
