What do you do?

Alright lets all get to know each other a little better. We all read what the other members ride and what goodies they have on them now lets get some personal specs. Nothing intrusive just some quick info. I will start.

Daytime gig: LC Engineering Performance Toyota. Mail order company that sells performance Toyota parts (name says it all). I do sales, web, purchasing, and even R&D sometimes.

Nightime gig: Supervisor at the local UPS

I live in Lake Havasu City AZ. (Memorial day weekend this weekend and the boats and partiers are allready showing up) I get to ride only about every other weekend due to having 2 jobs and three kids and a wife. I love to participate in anything that includes going fast (from off-road racing to drag racing)

I know we can get some of this info in the member profiles but we can use this thread to get to know everyone without having to search all the profiles.

Oh yeah I enjoy sunsets and long walks on the beach j/k

I am 22 and work at a casino hotel. Currently I am a night auditor 11pm - 7am shift. I am training to deal cards though which is 5 - 9pm. Long days!

I have been married just over a year now with the same women for the past 7 years. We have a wonderful little girl who will be two end of july.

I live in Point Roberts, Washington << Small small town. I currently only get to ride about once a month

. I am a little busy at the moment with trying to build my web biz and my real job. If all goes as planned though I will be out of this town within a year and looking to relocate my family for the last time. So if you know of any cool places with a busy a casino and good riding let me know! I prefer the foot hills / mountains for riding and am not a big desert fan. Since my full life is pretty much public ask anything you would like to know! Im a open book

Check out Havasu. We are in the desert but there is actually a lot of foothills around here to ride plus you have Laughlin just down the road for the casino's, not to mention you would then have the pleasure of riding with that stud Wopstar!!!

My full time gigs:
Ok, I'm a daddy first. 2 boys. Then a husband with a hottie wife (hubba hubba) then a CNC Programmer (Mastercam) and machinist. I make a lot of parts for big aerospace and defense contractors like Northrup Grummand and Lockheed Martin. I do a lot of microwave housings for the F22 Raptor and F135 Joint Strike Fighter, the two new jets for the 21st century.

My part time gigs:
I am a teacher (machining and Mastercam) part time. I'm a freelance writer and professional blogger part time. I do graphics and computer/web programming on a contract basis.

My personal stuff:
I live in rural San Diego. I ride (small) quads and dirtbikes in my back yard. I go to the desert, beaches and mountains to get my off road fix. My wife and I have been married over 12 years, friends since the early 80's, we both ride street bikes. (She rides a GSXR750

) She likes guns, knives, camping, all the killer man-stuff. The perfect trophy wife. After 2 kids, I bought her a new set of funbags and got myself the big "V". (Ok, fine, I got the funbags for me, but that's ok)

Both my boys love riding. My youngest (2) doesn't have any toes, poor little guy.. he's got these little wheels instead. He rides the electric quad by himself, and will climb on any/everything with wheels he can find. (His first sentence was "Vroom Vroom, Hot"

)

My oldest (4) thinks he's the Metz of quads. (That's him in the avatar) Been riding a 50cc quad for almost 2 years. He's been riding a bicycle without training wheels and an electric motorcycle since 3-1/2.

I have 3 cats that hunt gophers, squirrels, birds and rabbits. Yes, rabbits. So far, at least 5 of them, all but one full grown. They bring crap in the house, eat half to three quarters of it, and leave the rest for me...)

I just got a yellow lab pup last week. Named him Gordon. (Looks like sand, and I go to Gordon's Well Sand Dunes a lot. Go figure.)

Well, I am 17. I have worked my crappy Subway job for a year now and am a nightshift manager. I have tried to get jobs at dealerships, but I never get lucky.
During school I neglect much of my homework to do other things such as ride or the robotics team at school. Ya, I just said it. I'm on a robotics team, but we do lots of cool stuff because its composed of guys just like me. Last year I built a custom 2 speed transmission for our robot from scratch. Ya robotics consumes my life for 6 weeks at the start of each year. We work from the time we get off school until 9 or 10 pm, 9-5 on sat and 1-9 on sun. Ya we are awesome though, the 3 years I have done it we finished 2nd, 3rd, and this year we went undefeated. we have got to go to atlanta 2 of the 3 years. All my hobbies are real manly and cost lots. I always spend excessive amounts of money on my hobbies, which automatically makes them manly and cool. Yup thats me, and by the way I dont think anyone really knows my name but its Sean. I guess I should explain my member name. well so i weld and this one time i was messing around with this crappy stick welder i had. i decided to put a screwdriver in the electrode clamp and tried to strike an arc and use grid wire for filler. i kept being like, "ill tig that for you" to jimmyhoffa while were working on a project. thats why my aim name is illtig4u. the tigmaster name just came as a joke, i have never tiged in my life, but kno everything about it and it just came to be. i wish i could afford a tig welder, but $3000 is a bit pricey. i do own a nice mig and a stick welder. i am um.... real good at welding, my welds look like they were tiged.

ya it definately is not a fun job, but the hours are very flexible, which is what i need. plus i only work nights which means riding in the day. ya i am going to the lake of the ozarks over summer and instead of asking off, i was like um ya im not going to be here for a week and they were fine with that.

Guess we have two Sean's on here, cause I'm one two. In the school year i go to school, actually apply myself, and then on every Saturday of the school year I go out and hook up uhauls and dig ditches

. lol actually i make decent money at it especially for my age. Then when summer comes I hook up uhauls daily and get much bigger paychecks! then when i get the chance i go ride.

, oh and the only bikes ive never payed for came from heaven, one was a dead guy, child molester, (pervert) who committed suicide when the police cornered him. Well me padre is a tow truck driver and towed that thing in, blood was still leaking out of the cab of his toy hauler and his brains were all over the floor. Eventually the family gave us the contents of the toy hauler part and sent the whole toy hauler off to be cleaned and sold, minus a banshee and a xr250! hehe
