nice bike and um... that sure is a big tank, but i guess desert riding demands that. i was drawn to the scenary too, looks like a sweet place to ride. looks like u could just ride out of yur neighborhood into the desert.

That is exactly what I do. The tank is one of the biggest desert tanks I have ever seen but It makes it nice on long rides.

Custom made seat by Wopstar! I took the original seat and trimmed about 4-5 inches from the front. I then cut a new slot in the plastic seat pan to slide over the post on the tank. Trimmed the seat cover back and re-stapled the cover to the seat pan. You can't even tell unless you get right on top of the bike and are looking for it.

Not sure the exact weight but it doesn't seem to effect handeling too much. Being a larger guy (6'4" 235) it actually makes it easier to hold onto the bike with my legs.
