BIG problem with SMALL part

I need to add a picture...I believe the part is called a "kip"? Anyways, its rotted and the gasket has shot to s***. Its for a 94 kx125. Anyone know where to get one? How can I upload a picture of it for reference? I just restored this bike and would like to put up some before/after shots. But any help on the "kip"? would be great. The manual and service manual were vauge on what it does besides rob power if damaged. Thanks

Also, this part is located above the water pump and to the right side of the cylinder if that helps without a picture.

this is the "power valve" assembly. it basically changes your compression ratio based on where u are in the rpm range by opening or closing part of your exhaust port. you can get a gasket at the dealer for about $5 and what are u saying about the cover, is it messed up too? if so u can also get a cover but it will probably be like $20. i think kawasaki calls it the KIPS valve or in your case the KIPS valve cover and gasket.

you can always use ebay, but kawasaki also used kips on the kdx220 and kx250.

The kawi dealers had no idea when i sent them a photo of what it was, so i ordered a 95 version (i own a 94) OEM and hope it fits. The nearest place that can order the part is like 40 miles away and they need me to bring the part to figure out what it is and i sent them a hi-res pic! anyways, if the 95 cover and gasket doesnt fit i'll just send them back and go to the dealer. why does kawi call it a KIP instead of power valve?
