the gaskets that go in between the exhaust and head, get all of them because you shouldnt reuse a gasket

Well, being a piece of viton, you can usually get away with reusing the exhaust o-ring.

i dont even know if i have an exhaust gasket, i have the flange though, probably not good for it, but if the bike had more than 73cc's id fix it.

Are you talking about the springs turtle? TJ, you probably have a copper gasket. As a general rule of thumb, 4 strokes have copper o-rings, 2 strokes can and usually do have viton or similar materialed o-rings.
