hi had simular prob with my cr250 04 and the oil seals needed replacing i was told that its comen prob with cr's. allso the exhaust port had crack in it and i had to have the barrel resleved. allso make sure u have no water in your carb doesnt have to be much.

I fixed it. the float was a little under an inch down when it should have been 7.5mm down. That mechanic never did his job correct :/

he is saying that fuel out of the overflow hose is the setting you should have your float height set to i think. but it should drip VERY slowly out of the hose. this way your float will alaways be filled and while it running it wont run out. also when you come of a jump the impact wont slosh the gas around as much and make it foam up and bog

I just went with the setting in the manual, every time I stop it shoots out some gas now and then since I fixed it. Is that normal?

ok now I have noticed that whenever i lean my bike a little to the side gas starts pouring out of one of the carborator lines. any ideas>?
