| Pro Mototips Member | the cr500AF uses the same engine as the old cr500s, but it has a cr250 frame, its pretty nice. but the kx500AF uses the old kx500 engines, but they put them in KX450f frames, which is even nicer

![]() | I heard from TT that CR500's and KX500's are the perfect trail bikes if you can mind the vibration. These are really good desert bikes i would go with the KX500 because it has a powervalve you can always modify a modern KX fender to put on it if you dont like the looks. The KX500 rear fender bugs me too but so do the 90's CR500's. |

| Pro Mototips Member | for hill climbs probly, but i can gurrantee that they werent on the track that much, and it was probly with a steel frame, not an aluminum one
