    Hi guys Me once again by bikes flowt keep over flowing and i have just bought a New flowt and it stil over flows does eny one have a cr 1997 workshop manual so i can c the exact settings for the flowt what els could it be that makes it over flow we have even set it so high that when i ride it runs out of fuel from the flowt and still over flows so that was what was cousing my bogging.

    When i keep it pined then it does not over flow. and yip my bike is runing hot sins it has been over flowing please Guys advise thanx

    ... how well did you clean the seat? and you got a new needle right?

    If it does not move at first, get a bigger hammer!!

    How do you take out the seat to clean it properly on my cr1997 125 looks round with 3 gaps on the sides is there like a special tool to take it out and i see no threads on it so it must like clip out ?

    i Have not put in a new needil yet couse mine stil looks dam good

    i have never taken one out... generally i think they are pressed in and trying to take it out will damage the seat(by making it out of round)

    basicaly you take a VERY light abrasive, like tooth paste(with baking soda), and just shine it up trying to keep the cleaning even
    a q-tip will be your friend here once it's a gold color you should be good to go. if you look at the needle if there are any burrs on the body carefully remove them, and if there is a ring or ridge on the rummer seat you need a new one.
    i have seen a few metal seats, and i find the best way to clean them is with 1k grit sand paper

    If it does not move at first, get a bigger hammer!!
